RAMALLAH – The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemned "the attacks carried out by armed Israeli settlers on Saturday against the Palestinians" and their properties in West Bank.

Israelis from their West Bank settlement of Yitzhar torched fields belonging to the adjacent Palestinian village of Burin, the Times of Israel reported.

"Armed settler groups exist and operate with the support and protection of the Israeli occupation army, and now from ministers in the Israeli government," the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry called on the international community "to list the armed Israeli settler groups among world's terrorist groups, stop fearing Israeli reactions, and pressure Israel to dismantle these groups and dry up their funding sources."
